By using Ngen (provided by Libra Technologies Inc.), you agree to these terms.

Service

Ngen is AI-powered voice automation for trades. It answers calls, books jobs, and handles quotes. Service provided as-is and may change.

Setup fee due upfront. Monthly fee auto-bills. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds for current billing period.

You own your customer data. We use it only to run the service. Deleted 30 days after cancellation.

AI isn't perfect. No guarantees on business results. Service provided "as is." Our liability is capped at your last 12 months of fees.

Don't use for illegal stuff. Don't abuse the system. Don't resell access. We can terminate if you violate terms.
